Black Olive Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 6 ounce can Black Olives
  • 2 Anchovy Filets, Rinsed
  • 1 small clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Capers, Rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice, From approximately 1/2 small lime
  • 2-3 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Diced Jalapeño Peppers

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor. 
  2. Process to combine, scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula as needed. 
  3. Process until the mixture is a thick puree, about 1 to 2 minutes. 
  4. Spoon into a bowl and serve with toasted bread or crackers. Enjoy!
