Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Prickly Pear Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Ribeye Steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients except for the meat.
  2. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the meat and mix well with your hands, ensuring the meat is completely coated.
  3. Marinate the beef for at least 3 hours and up to 24 hours.
  4. Once ready to cook, heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and stir fry to your liking - the outside of the beef should caramelize.
