Barefoot Contessa Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Salmon, cooked, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 2 tablespoons Dill, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

This is an easy one!

  1. Break the salmon into large flakes, removing any skin and bones. Place the salmon in a bowl.
  2. Add the celery, red onion, dill, capers, raspberry vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well and serve cold or at room temperature.
