How to Make Nachos 4 Ways!

For all of the recipes below, preheat your oven to 350°F.

We’ll start with BBQ Cheeseburger Nachos.

BBQ Cheeseburger Nachos

In a large pan or skillet, lay down about 4 ounces of tortilla chips, followed by 1/2 pound of cooked and drained ground beef, 1/4 cups bbq sauce, 1 cup cheddar, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 diced tomato, 1/4 of a thinly sliced red onion, 4 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon, and 1/4 cup parsley.

Add another layer by repeating with the same ingredients, followed by a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top.

Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and serve!

Pizza Nachos

In a large pan or skillet, lay down half of a 9 ounce bag of tortilla chips, followed by 1/4 of the marinara, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 sliced mushrooms, 1/2 sliced green pepper, 1/4 sliced red onion, 1/2 cup cooked sausage, and 1/2 cup diced pepperoni.

Make another layer, with the same ingredients.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top and arrange the pepperoni slices evenly.

Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and enjoy!

Now we’re on to Buffalo Chicken Nachos…

Buffalo Chicken Nachos

In a bowl, mix 2 pound chicken with 1 cup hot sauce and 1/2 cup ranch dressing.

In a large pan or skillet, lay down half of a 9 ounce bag of tortilla chips, followed by half of the buffalo chicken, 1 cup Monterey Jack, 1/4 diced tomato, and 1/4 cup sliced green onion.

Repeat to make another layer with the same ingredients.

Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and serve.

Finally, we make Steak Fajita Nachos!

Steak Fajita Nachos

Mix 2 pound hanger steak, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons cumin in a bowl until evenly coated.

Heat oil in a pan over very high heat, until barely smoking.

Fry the steak for 30 seconds on each side, then rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes.
Slice the steak into bite-size pieces.

In a large pan or skillet, lay down half of a 9 ounce bag of tortilla chips, followed by half of the steak, peppers, onions, pepper jack, and cheddar. Repeat with the remaining ingredients for another layer.

Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and it’s time to serve and enjoy!
