This recipe is yummy, healthy, and takes less than 10 minutes to make.
How can it get any better than that?
Let’s make tuna stuffed avocados….
Take 4 fresh avocados, halved and pitted.
Scoop out some of the avocado from the pitted area to widen the "bowl" area.
Place the scooped avocado into a medium-size mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.
Add 3 cans of tuna (4.5 oz cans, drained), 1 diced bell pepper, 1 minced jalapeno, and 1 cup roughly chopped cilantro to the mixing bowl.
Pour the juice from 1 lime over the mixture.
Stir it all together until everything is combined.
