Pumpkin pie is a classic fall treat.
But as much as we love it, we don’t always have the time to make an entire pie.
Not to mention that we may not actually want to eat the entire pie ourselves (which is difficult to resist when it’s sitting on the counter calling to us.)
So we’ve found the perfect solution to those pumpkin cravings…
Let’s make a mug of pumpkin pie in the microwave.
First, find your favorite microwave-safe mug.
Now mix together 1 egg, pumpkin, 2 tablespoons condensed milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth.
Clean the edges of the cup.
Then microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the center is no longer liquid.

Carefully remove the mug from the microwave as it will be hot.
Then garnish with graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Then grab a spoon, eat and enjoy your pumpkin treat!
