I am passionate about teaching my children the beauty of homemade gifts - think sweet letters, handmade cards, or a few flowers gathered from outside.

Other times it’s a delicious treat or dinner that shows someone you love them and want to help out! Mother's Day is the perfect occasion for just such a gift.

My kids have always loved helping in the kitchen, especially when I would let them crack eggs when they were particularly young.

I turn on some music and dance together while we stir - making the tedious parts of cooking into a song and dance party is the best part of the experience!

What better day to celebrate with joy than Mother's Day? These fun and easy recipes will make for a festive and beautiful day spent as a family.
