- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Or milk of your choice
- 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Honey, Raw (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 3 days. Serve with fresh fruit and an extra drizzle of honey.
- You may need to stir the chia seed pudding a few times while it’s chilling to make sure all the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
