Tortellini with Butter and Sage Recipe

  • 1 20-ounce package Fresh Cheese Tortellini
  • 6 ounces Butter
  • 6 leaves ofs Fresh Sage
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Cook tortellini according to package.
  2. While it cooks place butter into a large sauté pan and add sage. Allow butter to melt and sage to cook, about 4 minutes.
  3. When tortellini has finished add to sauté pan and toss the butter and sage until tortellini is completely covered.
  4. Top with parmesan cheese
  5. Serve warm and ENJOY!
