Toffee Nutella Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Toffee Bits
  • 1/2 Symphony Bar, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter ands sugars.
  2. Add in the egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Beat in the Nutella until creamy.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix on low until just combined.
  4. Slowly mix in the toffee bits and chopped symphony bar until just distributed.
  5. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350° Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. Place the scoops on the baking sheet about 2-3” apart to leave room for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, remove and rest for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
