- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 cups Dark Red Cherries, pitted and quartered
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Whisk together the water and cornstarch in a pan. Stir in the cherries. Heat on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Increase the heat to high and stir in the honey. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often to keep the berries from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Remove from the heat and let cool. Spoon into a jar and refrigerate.
