Skirt Steak Stir Fry Recipe

  • 1 pound Skirt Steak, Sliced against the grain
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 cup Sweet Peppers, Sliced
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 4 Eggs, Fried
  • Salt and Pepper, To taste


  1. Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then place the steak in the skillet to sear. Add in the olive oil and garlic, mixing it well with steak.
  2. Let the steak simmer on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, then add in the peppers.
  3. Continue letting this simmer until the steak is well done.
  4. While the steak is simmering, prepare the rice if you have not already done so.
  5. Serve the steak and peppers topped over the rice with tomatoes and a fried egg on top, then salt and pepper if you prefer.
