Roast Beef Croissant Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

For the Sandwich:
  • 4 Croissants
  • 1 pound Thick-Sliced Deli Roast Beef
  • 4 leaves Bibb Lettuce
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, Sliced
For the Aioli:
  • 4 ounces Crème Fraîche
  • 2 ounces Blue Cheese, Crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tsp choppeds Fresh Chives

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine crème fraîche, blue cheese, garlic, chives and salt and pepper. Whisk well.
  2. Cut croissants in half (if not already done). Arrange lettuce on each bottom half of the croissants. Top with deli roast beef, about 2-3 slices each, depending on the thickness.
  3. Top beef with tomato slices and a generous spoonful of blue cheese aioli.
  4. Serve immediately.
