- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Minced Fresh Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Liberally salt and pepper the steaks on both sides.
Combine soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl, whisking to combine.
Place steaks in a zip top bag and pour the marinade over them.
Seal the bag, taking care to remove any excess air, helping the steaks to be completely covered by the marinade.
Return steaks to the refrigerator for at least an hour, or overnight. Steaks may also be frozen in the marinade.
Remove from marinade and grill to your desired temperature.
