Puff Pastry Beignets Recipe

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, frozen
  • 3 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar


  1. Cut pastry into 9 equal squares.
  2. Heat oil to 350°F in a deep medium size pot.
  3. Place 3 pastries in the oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes on one side. Flip and fry for an additional minute or until golden brown. When done remove from oil and allow to cool on a paper towel.
  4. Repeat 2 more times.
  5. Allow pastries to cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the tops.
  7. Serve and ENJOY!
