- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, frozen
- 3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Cut pastry into 9 equal squares.
Heat oil to 350°F in a deep medium size pot.
Place 3 pastries in the oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes on one side. Flip and fry for an additional minute or until golden brown. When done remove from oil and allow to cool on a paper towel.
Repeat 2 more times.
Allow pastries to cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on the tops.
