Ingredients

1 ounce Pimm's No.1 Liqueur
1 ounce Gin
Tonic Water
wedges Lime Wedge
Cucumber Slices, For garnish, optional

Directions

In a highball or rocks glass pour in the Pimm’s and gin and fill with ice.
Pour over the tonic until it reaches the top of the glass, squeeze the lime wedge over the tonic and stir.
Serve with an extra wedge of lime and cucumber slice for garnish.
