- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 ounces Pecans, chopped
- Powdered Sugar, for dusting, optional
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In small pot add butter and brown sugar. Bring to boil and let it cook for 3 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
Unfold puff pastry on floured surface. Roll out slightly.
Spread evenly over pastry pecan mixture.
Roll up and cut into 10 even pieces.
Place in muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes.
