Peanut Butter Cinnamon Toast Crunch Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 12 ounces Butterscotch Chips, (1 package)
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter.
  2. Cook and stir until the mixture is smooth, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Fold in 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
  4. Spread evenly into a buttered 8x11 dish, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cereal for garnish.
  5. Allow to set for at least 1 hour. To speed up the process, you can put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cut into bars, and enjoy!
