Miso Glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons White Miso, (gluten free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Aminos, or soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 pound Atlantic Salmon Fillet, (4-4 ounce fillets)

Directions

  1. Preheat your broiler to HIGH and spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the salmon.
  3. Line the salmon up on the baking sheet. Evenly spread half of the miso glaze over the tops and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Broil for 5 minutes. Then, spread the rest of the sauce over the fish and broil until it flakes easily with a fork, about another 2-4 minutes.
  5. DEVOUR!
