Ingredients

1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
3/4 ounce Strawberry Liqueur
Champagne, Or prosecco for topping (about 6 ounces per drink)
Strawberries, For garnish

Directions

Place the scoop of vanilla ice cream in the bottom of a sundae glass or a wide low-ball glass.
Add in the vodka and strawberry liquor.
Top with champagne and garnish with strawberries.
