Limber de Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract


  1. Add all the ingredient to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into 5 or 9 ounce plastic cups and freeze until solid, preferably overnight.
  3. To eat, squeeze the bottom of cup to pop out the limber and turn it upside down in the cup. Then eat like a push pop.
