Ingredients

4 teaspoons Allspice
4 teaspoons Cumin
4 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Ground Sage
2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or mason jar and stir or shake well to combine.
Store in airtight container.
When ready to use, rub seasoning on chicken to coat well then cook per usual.
