- 5 pounds Pork Spareribs, 1 rack
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
Using the Instant Pot, add about 1/2 cup of water, then add in the trivet.
Slice the ribs if needed and stack inside the Instant Pot.
Combine the syrup, honey, and rosemary, and then pour over the ribs in the Instant Pot.
Set on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Once the Instant Pot is done, release pressure, and then carefully place the ribs on a pan and coat with the barbecue sauce.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes to brown.
