- 2 ounces Dark Coffee
- 1 1/2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce Spiced Rum
- 3/4 ounce Heavy Cream
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup, Or raw brown sugar syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Or you can fill a glass with ice, add all the ingredients and stir.
- You can also substitute 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar for simple syrup.
