- 1-2 slices Tangerine
- 3 ounces Fresh Tangerine Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- 7-8 Mint Leaves, Plus extra for garnish
- 2 ounces Bourbon
- Ice Cubes
Place the tangerine slices in an old fashioned glass with the honey and mint leaves and muddle until the mint breaks up and the tangerine slices release their juices.
Pour in the tangerine juice and bourbon and stir.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with crushed ice.
Garnish with mint leaves.
