- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Your Favorite Nuts, (raw) I used pecans, but almonds or walnuts would be great!
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- pinch of Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Honey
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or a Silpat.
Stir together the oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk together the honey and vanilla. Pour into the oats and stir until everything is coated.
Spread the oats out on the pan keeping everything close together.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Make sure to move the granola on the outside each time to keep it from burning.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before eating. Store in a tightly sealed container or bag.
