Homemade Sausage Gravy Recipe

  • 1/2 pound Pork Breakfast Sausage
  • 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Salt and Pepper, To taste


  1. In a large skillet set over medium heat, cook pork sausage until browned, breaking up large pieces as it browns.
  2. When sausage is cooked, whisk in flour to form a paste, then add milk, whisking as you pour.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low and continue to whisk mixture until it thickens.
  4. Season to taste and serve over biscuits.
