Combine the confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder. Add salt. Mix.
Now sift the mixture again in a large bowl.
Store in an air tight container. I highly recommend mason jars to store it.
Shake before using each and every time.
Serve with hot milk, or water, or even coconut milk to make a fabulous mug of Hot Cocoa.
Use 1/4 cup dry mix to 3/4 cup milk.
Recipe inspired by Alton Brown's Hot Cocoa Mix (if you only use water for mixing hot cocoa I highly suggest trying Alton's recipe. He uses powdered milk to his recipe which works really well for mixing a perfect hot cocoa with water!)
