- 2 ounces Simple Syrup, (1:1 ratio water and sugar)
- 2 ounces Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 4 ounces Bourbon, or Rye
- 1 ounce St. Germain, or Elderflower liqueur
- Grapefruit Wedges, for garnish
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain into 2 rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
