Gluten Free Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 1 Yellow Squash, diced
  • Feta Cheese

Directions

  1. Begin by preparing the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Drain the pasta and set aside in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, vinegar, and crushed garlic. Mix this together well to form the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss well.
  5. Add in the veggies and toss to coat.
  6. Top with a sprinkle of feta cheese.
  7. Serve warm.
