- 1/2 cup Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
Place the drumsticks on top of the wire rack inside the Instant Pot.
In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the sauce ingredients to bowl, whisking well until the sugars are dissolved.
Pour evenly over the chicken in the instant pot.
Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
Serve with additional sauce if preferred and green onions to garnish.
