- 1/2 cup Water
- 6-8 Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 cups Potato, sliced
- 2 cups Green Beans, snapped
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
Place the rack that comes with the Instant Pot inside and add 1/2 Cup of Water.
Place the chicken inside the Instant Pot on top of the rack inside.
Add the potatoes and green beans.
Mix together the lemon juice, pepper, and garlic then evenly pour over the chicken and vegetables.
Lock the lid and set to manual high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, release the steam and serve, or for crispier chicken, bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes at 350°F.
