Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Pretzel Twists

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Stir together to combine.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing again until combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing on low until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips and pretzels by hand.
  5. Drop dough in tablespoon size on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove cookies and move to wire rack to cool.
