- 4 cups Gluten Free Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Dried Parsley
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick baking spray.
Combine the gluten free baking mix and cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl; add the water beginning with 1 1/2 cups and work up to 2 cups if needed. Mix well until the dough is formed.
Drop tablespoonfuls onto the greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
While biscuits are baking combine the butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and parsley.
When the biscuits are out of the oven immediately drizzle the glaze over the tops.
