- 6-8 tenders Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders, OR 4 thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2-3 tablespoons Vegan Parmesan, Or regular parmesan
- 3 tablespoons Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, Optional
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
Place the chicken on the baking sheet and season liberally with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl mix together the mayo and parmesan and then liberally spread them on the chicken. Sprinkle with gluten free bread crumbs, if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through, approximately 20 minutes.
