Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/3 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk well to combine.
  2. To use immediately, pour over steak, chicken, or pork. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. For later use, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
