Ingredients

1 1/2-2 cups Sugar, To taste
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, Or half and half
6 quarts Snow, Clean and fresh, fluffy and not packed

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla, and whipping cream.
Add snow two cups at a time.
Stir until the mixture is the consistency of ice cream.
