- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 can Crescent Rolls
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 large Eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- Black Pepper, to taste
Cook sausage and then drain.
Take out rolls, unfurl them and put them in a greased pan.
Mix sausage on top and add cheese.
Stir up remaining ingredients and pour on top.
Bake at 400°F for approximately 20 minutes.
In lieu of sausage, you could use ground turkey with sausage seasoning.
