Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati Rice, uncooked and soaked for 2 hours
  • 2 cups Water, or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions

  1. Rinse the rice and soak it in cold water for 2 hours.
  2. Bring the water or chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan and stir in the chicken bouillon.
  3. Drain the rice and add it to the saucepan, along with the lemon juice,dill and salt.
  4. Stir well, then cover.
  5. Turn to a low heat and cook for 20 minutes, until the rice is done.
  6. Fluff with a fork and serve.
