Cucumber Raita Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 4-5 sprigs Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Red Chili Powder, for garnish

Directions

  1. Peel the cucumber and grate it using a large hole grater.
  2. Combine the yogurt with the cumin, mustard powder, salt, garlic and cilantro. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the grated cucumber.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of chili powder and/or cilantro.
  5. Serve chilled.
