- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, Thawed
- 1 box Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- Miniature M&M's Candies, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment and set aside for croissants.
Make and cook brownies according to package directions.
Once cool use a small cookie scoop to make 10 brownie balls. Place on plate and freeze for 20 minutes.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 10 long rectangles.
Place a brownie ball on the long end of each pastry.
Roll and tuck starting from the long end to the short end.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
For the drizzle, melt chocolate chips over double boiler.
Drizzle over cooled croissants. Top with M&M’s.
