- 3 cups Arugula
- 1 Clementine
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 Avocado, Diced
- 2 tablespoons Cashew Nuts
- 3 tablespoons Feta Cheese, Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Clementine Salad Dressing
In a large salad bowl, mix together the arugula, clementine, red onions and avocado.
Just before serving, add the clementine salad dressing and toss until all the ingredients are coated.
Then, garnish with cashew nuts and feta cheese.
