- 1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Pop the popcorn using whatever method you like.
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, cinnamon and salt. Drizzle this mixture over the popped corn and toss it to coat.
In another bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
Spread the popcorn out on some wax paper and drizzle the vanilla glaze over top of the popcorn.
Let it set and enjoy!
