- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 tablespoons Sweet Ground Cocoa, Or to taste
Place a medium to large mixing bowl (glass or metal) into the freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove and pour cream into the chilled bowl.
Using the whisk attachment on an electric mixer, beat cream until it just begins to thicken.
Stir in vanilla and sweet ground cocoa.
Resume mixing until cream holds its shape and forms stiff peaks. Keep chilled.
