Ingredients

2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
2 cups Cold Water
1 teaspoon Splenda
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

Whisk cornstarch and cocoa into cold water and transfer into a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until it thickens.
Remove from the heat, stir in the sweetener and vanilla and cool before using.
