Chai Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dates, roughly chopped (260g)
  • 4 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder, (plant-based)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. Place the dates in a large food processor and process until broken down
  2. Add in the protein powder and spices and blend until well mixed.
  3. With the food processor running, stream in the coconut oil until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to roll into 1 Tbsp sized balls
