Biscoff Blondies Recipe

    12 Servings


  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Biscoff Spread, divided
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add the butter and 1/3 cup of Biscoff  to a sauce pan set over low heat and melt together.
  3. Once melted, stir in the brown sugar. Let cool for 5 minutes before adding the egg and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the flour and salt.
  5. Spread into a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is just set.
  6. Remove from the oven and spread with the remaining 2/3 cup of Biscoff. Let cool completely before cutting into small squares.
