  • 2 cups Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook rigatoni a la dente according to box instructions. Drain when cooked.

  4. Cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. When pasta is drained, add to the sauce pot and remove from heat. Gently mix in the parmesan and ricotta cheese.
  6. Pour the pasta mixture into a large casserole pan and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Loosely cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 30 minutes or until pasta is bubbling. Remove foil and cook for 5 more minutes or until cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
