Avocado Tahini Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Avocados, Peeled and pits removed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Pita Bread, For serving

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until it is a smooth paste (you can also do this in a food processor if you have one).
  2. Stir in, or use a processor to add, the garlic powder, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and cayenne.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with pita bread and other crudité.
