Avocado Crab Mango Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • juice from half a Lime
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Mango, Peeled and cut into 1/4 inch chunks
  • 2 Hass Avocados, Peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/4 inch chunks
  • 1/3 pound Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 1/2 jalapeños Jalapeño, Seeded and minced
  • 1/4 Red Onion, Diced

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together lime juice, mayonnaise, Sriracha, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the mango, red pepper, jalapeño, avocado, and red onion. Stir to coat all the ingredients with the sauce. Gently stir in crab meat at the end, making sure not to break up the pieces too much.
  2. Serve immediately, chilled.
